COVID RESISTANCE FOODS -IN YOUR KITCHEN ITSELF!   * Whole grains like ragi, oats, and amaranth leaves are advisable.   * Healthy foods like walnuts, almonds, cashew, olive oil, and mustard oil is good.   * Regularly physical activity(yoga)and breath exercise advice pranayam, as per tolerance.   * Take turmeric milk once to boost your immunity levels.   * Good sources of protein such as chicken, fish, eggs, paneer, soya, and nuts are recommended.   * Fruits and vegetables to get adequate vitamins and minerals recommended.   * Small amount of dark chocolate with at least 70%cocoa is recommended.  ☺☺ Eat soft foods at small intervals and to add amchoor in the food.   Always be positive.
