EXHALING TO A LONGER COUNT THAN YOU INHALE WILL MAKE YOU CALMER AND BETTER ABLE TO CONCENTRATE

 Hey yogis do you know why we had to exhale more carbon dioxide. When your Exhale is even A few counts longer than your inhale ,the Vegus nerve (running from the neck down to diaphragm )sends a signal to your brain to turn up your parasympathetic nervous system and turn down your sympathetic nervous system.
