INGREDIENTS
1.2 cups of spinach leaves
2.Half cup soaked and peeled almonds
3.Black salt as per taste
4.Honey
5.Lemon juice one tbs
6.1 cup of water
METHOD
* Add spinach, water, and soaked almonds in a juicer and blend. Add water according to your consistency of the juice you want.
* Pour it in a gall and add black salt, honey, and lemon juice.
* Stir well and drink.
* Don't store this juice in the refrigerator. Within 10 min you have to consume this juice. Otherwise, you lose the nutrients.
