This amla dhaniya pudina chutney is another quick and super healthy side that you can prepare in a jiffy. there is not even a recipe, to be honest, just blending everything together makes it. and you can keep the proportion of things as per your own taste so even that's not a worry.

Amla is such a neglected superfood. though I am sure it is just a matter of time and it will come into the sway soon. also known as Indian Gooseberry, this is one fruit that packs many health benefits into a really small package.it is rich in vitamin C & packed with antioxidants, fiber, and minerals like calcium and phosphorus.it has a tangy taste and can be squeezed into your dips and sauces easily.

Mint also is known highly for its antibacterial and immunity-boosting properties.it is great for digestion and relieves stress. when combined, these three ingredients(Mint, amla, coriander), from a powerful meal accompaniment that is not only refreshing to have but also ready in no time leaving space for no excuses. This also a zero oil recipe.

Amla mint coriander chutney

Ingredients-

* 2 Amla/gooseberry

* 1/2 cup pudina mint

* 1 cup coriander dhaniya /cilantro

* 2 green chilies as per taste

* 1 tsp rock salt as per taste

* a pinch of black pepper

* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

* 1/2 tsp cumin powder


Instructions-

1.Wash all the leaves and roughly chop them. chops the amla carefully into pieces. leaving the seed out. (Tip-it has a plum-like shape and seed inside, so chop through the sides)

2.Then combine all ingredients together with 1/2 cup of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste and serve fresh.

  1. This chutney (or any herbs’ chutney) tastes best when eaten fresh. So try not to keep it longer than a day. It wont get bad after that and can be kept in fridge for upto 5 days. But will lose its texture and a bit of flavour.
