Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup (122g) non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup (170g) apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup (22g) rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • A handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Serve with favorite toppings!
