Ingredients
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (122g) non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup (170g) apple sauce, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup (22g) rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- A handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve with favorite toppings!
