I began my blog in 2020 as a way to share my simple recipes and yoga expertise. yoga is not limited to asanas &pranayam but it includes discipline, balanced & good food&meditation also. deep breathing yogic sleep,yogasanas, etc. are good for health, meditation helps to improve the ability for concentration.
